Cecile's Strawberries & Honey Smoothie

1/2 cup Milk (almond, skim or whole)
1/2 cup Cecile's Strawberries and Cashews with Seeds and Fine Oats Muesli
3 tbsp Greek style yogurt
1 tsp Honey
In the summer you can add fresh strawberries to the mix.
